In-Person Staff Training

Educator experience that empowers & inspires vision…

In a one-day (6 hour) educator training, staff are guided through a powerful social and emotional learning experience. The purpose of this workshop is twofold. The in-person experience maximizes the development and growth of individual social and emotional competencies. It also inspires staff to have a bigger impact in their classrooms using both informal and formal practices to engage both academic & social-emotional growth. This training is ideal for staff who will be using the Core Lessons Middle School or High School Curriculum.

Educators will:

  • Be affirmed in their purpose and passion as an educator.

  • Adopt an intentional strategy to incorporate social-emotional competency into their classroom and teaching practices.

  • Be inspired to create trusting and nurturing relationships with and between students.

  • Gain new tools and activities to build unity with other staff and students.

  • Learn classroom facilitation practices to provide an experiential opportunity for growth.

  • Learn about the difference between informal and formal SEL practices and how to integrate both naturally.

  • Connect and collaborate with a team of staff and other educators.

  • Learn how to use the Core Lessons™ online curriculum portal.

  • Receive ongoing support through The Core Pro Educator Support Series.

"As a building leader Greg's workshops always give me such great insight into where staff are in their thinking and the direction I need to go to support them during the year."
